Chasha Habib is a teacher, poet, researcher, and literary editor. He has been active in the field of education and literature for more than 19 years. He is currently serving as a Guest Lecturer in Bengali at Government City College, Dinajpur. He holds expertise in curriculum development, training of trainers (ToT), program planning and implementation, monitoring, advocacy, and networking. He is also skilled in case study writing, report documentation, and academic research.
He has conducted several notable research projects on the Liberation War and the genocide of 1971. He has participated in numerous national and international seminars. He is an executive member of Dinajpur Museum and the Hemayet Ali Public Library, and is actively involved in various social, cultural, and literary organizations.
He is the literary editor of the daily newspaper Dainik Alokito Dinajpur, and formerly worked as associate editor of the literary magazine Shabdoashar. He is also the chief editor of the quarterly literary magazine Bahey, which he publishes regularly under his own editorship.
